All programs can be done with modifications, as a program, we recommend proggressing from strength to muscle gain

Strength Program: Our program focuses on using heavier weights and lower rep ranges with progressive overload in order to develop strength through the Push-Pull method. Training each muscle two to three times a week, with an emphasis on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses, along with accessory work, maximizes strength development.

Muscle Gain Program: Using a Push-Pull Method to grow muscle, our hypertrophy program includes moderate to heavy weights and higher volume. Growth is aided by training each muscle group two to three times per week, combining compound and isolation workouts, and gradually increasing intensity.
